Babyhood

This is my mischevious crying nephew. 4 months old. With the digital camera age,  we should give everything we have to what we don’t have back then. LOTS OF IMAGES OF THEIR CHILDHOOD! Well, I have some old film photos of myself. But it just doesn’t show much of how or what life was like when I was a baby. So, having equipped with a digital camera and a passion for photography, I am capturing memorable moments of my brother, sister in law and my dear nephew.

One TJ - ICT Mall

As part of my work, I do photo shoot for advertising and commercial use. I did a coverage of the on going development of One TJ since the the construction from ground zero. The above is a 180 degree panoramic photo of the building. Had to wait for a nice clear blue sky just to shoot this photo. The weather had been rather gloomy lately.

Fairy Cave revisited

Though I have been to the Fairy Cave countless times, I have never manage to take a good photo. The cave is almost pitch black where it makes a very low light situation for photo shooting. Its in-focusable. Even in manual focus, you can’t see whether you’re focusing it right. I just had to take numerous shots hopefully few of them would turn out good. This would be one of the piece. 5 photos merged into a single panoramic photo.

Hiang Thian Shang Ti Temple Procession

One of my most fruitful outdoor event shooting. Controlling flash in low light situation has always been my weakness in photography. But for this event, I guess I managed to get something finally. Click more for the full gallery.

More about this event, its an annual celebration of the deity’s birthday if I am not mistaken. Usually falls around January. A procession will be held starting from the temple. You will get to see lion dance, trance and participation from tao and buddhist societies and other groups that are interested to make an appearance.
